Phil is a comic written by Benjamin Vigeant and Stephen Winchell and drawn by Stephen Winchell. It used to run in University of Connecticut’s newspaper “The Daily Campus” as well as the George Washington University student run blog “The Colonialist”. Now it just runs here.
Ben lives in Chicago, Illinois and Stephen lives in Connecticut.
